Quadrature Hall Effect Gear Tooth Sensors
2 Channel Gear Tooth Sensors provide two digital pulsing square wave outputs. The outputs are offset from each other so that the direction of movement can be resolved by comparing the signals of the two channels.
- 37ADQ sensors are true zero speed sensors that can detect frequencies up to 10 KHz on rotating gears and linear rack gears. These sensors can be used to track speed and direction or a directional count.
- 37ADQO sensors are rated from 0.1Hz up to 15 KHz. In addition to detecting standard gears, these sensors can also be used for monitoring the speed and direction of other targets such as bolt heads and holes in steel discs.
Quadrature Gear tooth sensors are available in many form factors and to meet the electrical requirements for a wide variety of monitoring and control systems.
